If you want to return your items we will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original packaging and condition, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Once we have agreed to replace or refund for any items this will be processed within 24 hours and the replacement received within our standard shipping times. Refunds will depend on bank processing times.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow 5-15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
*Please note: items excluded from this policy are any custom orders, hats and hair accessories. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
